- In 2020
- With 3 other painters, realization of 9 large paintings of 6 feet X 24 feet each to cover the 9 pillars of the baseball stadium in Thetford Mines, having as theme sports and culture in Thetford Mines.
- In 2019
- In collaboration with two other painters, realization of a mural of 8 feet x 16 feet for the municipality of St-Jacques de Moncalm near Joliette with the theme of Acadia.
- In 2018
- Realization with other painters of an exterior mural for the city of Thetford Mines, 13 feet by 30 feet in size at the Maison de la culture.
- In 2014
- Guy Roy represented Quebec in an exchange with painters from Normandy in France to commemorate the 70th anniversary of the liberation of Normandy by the Canadians at the end of the 2nd World War.
- In 2012
- He was honorary president of the painting competition for young Bell artists as part of the Festival de la Relève de Thetford Mines.
- In 2004
- He was the first painter to work on a chrysotile panel.
- In 1999
- During the opening of the art gallery Somewhere in Time , in Terrebonne, he participated in the creation of a large collective painting (5x9) with two of his painter friends.

- He participated in a dozen large collective works (5×9) during the symposiums of Saint-Eustache, Saint-Germain-de Kamouraska, Saint-Sauveur and Granby which took place in 1997 and 1998.

- During an international UNICEF competition in 1995, one of his paintings was selected and went through the stages of Quebec and Canada to be among the world finalists in New York.
